This maturity witnessed by the sector does not prevent the continuation of the development process, whether by introducing new mechanisms in buying and selling and supporting companies to move to a more sustainable work environment in the future and adapt to changes, in addition to creating the means for training and graduating cadres, which requires the establishment of specialized real estate institutes in the name of « The thing is necessary.”
From this standpoint, the establishment of real estate educational institutions and institutes is an urgent necessity, with the aim of organizing the necessary training courses to graduate cadres that reflect the sector in which they work, and reflect the civilized face of Dubai, which has become one of the best destinations for real estate ownership around the world.
In addition to the fact that real estate institutes in Dubai have become necessary and important in light of the progress witnessed by the sector, they will also help fill the gaps for beneficiaries and random workers who take advantage of the ignorance of some of the regulations and regulations in order to achieve easy gains without right.
The role assigned to real estate institutes should also be to develop real estate education and training, provide real estate courses and seminars, as well as develop the skills of workers in the real estate sector, to contribute to achieving sustainable development, thus helping to develop awareness among all real estate investors, owners and tenants of real estate issues.
