Dr. Mikhail Ginsburg, a Russian nutrition expert, said that we live in conditions that require us to take care of the nervous system and deal with stress ourselves. 

The specialist indicates, in a television program, that certain food items must be added to the diet, which help the person combat stress.

These materials are:

1 - Pumpkin- The beneficial properties of pumpkin are due to the fact that it contains a large amount of dietary fiber, which slows down the absorption of carbohydrates.

It also contains antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and protein.

And the vitamins in pumpkin are powerful antioxidants that protect the body from premature aging.

For his part, Dr. Agapkin adds, "Scientists in recent years have been paying special attention to the health of the gut. Because all nutrients that stimulate the normal intestinal microflora are mood-altering substances."

2- Pumpkin seeds- As it is known, pumpkin seeds contain a high percentage of the elements magnesium, zinc and selenium.

"The results of many scientific studies indicate that a good level of magnesium in the body is usually accompanied by a positive mood," says Ginsburg.

3 - Red beans, red beans contain practically all the vitamins of group В that are useful for the brain, as well as many minerals useful for the body.
