After that, Nobel Prize-winning American economist Stiglitz gave a lecture, saying, ``The development of technology has made a vaccine for the new coronavirus quicker, but the technology has not been shared with emerging countries, and the vaccine has not been distributed. A series of global epidemics had a serious impact on the economy,” he said, pointing out the need for rules and frameworks that support emerging countries.
