Huang Shan, a girl born in the 1990s in Chengdu, is studying for a doctoral degree in mechanical engineering at Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology. She has led the school's robot team to win the highest awards in domestic and foreign robot competitions for many times.
"Weak and beautiful girl" and "school robot team leader", two seemingly incompatible images, have been perfectly integrated and interpreted here in Huangshan.
The special experience of the school's robot team inspired and guided Huangshan to embark on the road of entrepreneurship, and completed the gorgeous transformation from "Xueba" to "Maker".
On the road of struggle, Huangshan has continuously broken through the limits and self by virtue of hard work, drive and aggressiveness, and has become an excellent "Time Maker".
In September 2015, Huangshan and his team founded a robot company and launched the world's first badminton robot.
In November, the robot appeared at the first World Robot Conference, and it received attention and praise from all parties.
In the face of the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020, the service robots developed by Huangshan Company played an important role in the fight against the epidemic, reducing the time and frequency of contact between medical staff, patients and others, effectively improving the hospital's epidemic prevention efficiency, and getting Doctors and nurses alike.
Huang Shan said that she regards "making real artificial intelligence all the time and everywhere, understanding people's needs, serving people, and increasing people's sense of security and happiness" as her ideal and mission, which is what she has always strived for.
