Shinobu Yamagishi, 59, the former president of an Osaka real estate company who was acquitted three years ago after being arrested and indicted by the Osaka District Public Prosecutors Office for his involvement in an embezzlement case. In response, the Osaka District Public Prosecutors Office dismissed the charges in June this year due to insufficient suspicion, so Mr. Yamagishi filed a complaint with the Public Prosecution Board.
