In 2021, the average number of years of education for the working-age population will reach 10.9 years, an increase of 1.0 years from 2012.
Among them, the proportion with higher education was 24.9%, an increase of 10.3 percentage points over 2012.
There are more than 218 million people in the country with a university degree, and the quality of the people has been continuously improved, which has provided strong intellectual support for high-quality economic development and injected strong impetus into national rejuvenation.
