He added that the partial mobilization targets one million people and not 300,000 as some believe, noting that Russia has used only 1.5 percent of its military power in the war it is waging in Ukraine, stressing that Moscow takes into account humanitarian matters in its battle in Ukraine, and has not moved. On a scorched earth policy, as the United States did in Afghanistan, Iraq, Vietnam and many other countries that waged war against it.

He stressed that Russia intervened in Ukraine in order to defend itself from what he called "neo-Nazis", stressing that some of the Russian goals of the operation in Ukraine were achieved after the "liberation" of many regions such as Kherson, Donbass and Zaporozhye.

Russian loss

On the other hand, the military and strategic expert, Brigadier General Ahmed Rahhal, confirmed that Russia received a severe blow in Ukraine, and was plunged into the Ukrainian quagmire. The events also revealed an imbalance in Russian logistical support during the war, which reflects the existence of great corruption within the Russian state and army.

He added that Russia's contempt for Ukraine led it today to demand military mobilization and threaten to use nuclear weapons, and to invoke Western support, which did not exceed some munitions and shoulder-fired missiles, which revealed the weakness of the Russian army, which was promoting that it is among the most powerful armies in the world.

He added that Russia's allies in the battle acknowledged the existence of a defect in the Russian army, supplies and logistical support, pointing to the comment of one of the Russian officers on the late arrival of supplies that if they were presented on horses, they would have reached them, and he also noted that "Russian soldiers fled the battle because they did not believe in the issue," which is the matter. Which prompted the Russian President to issue a 10-year prison sentence for anyone who refuses or flees from the battlefronts.

He concluded his speech by confirming that Putin had fallen between the jaws of internal popular pressure and the military failures in Ukraine, noting that what happened in Ukraine was an affront to the Russian army and the state, calling for support for the voices calling for his trial for these failures.
