The two have now been diagnosed with COVID-19.
It is reported that Jia and Fan did not take the initiative to implement isolation control measures, aggravating the risk of epidemic spread, seriously hindering epidemic prevention and control work, and violating the provisions of Article 330 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China.
