Since the Covid crisis, teleworking has developed in many companies, without employees always being able to take advantage of an ideal setting at home.

To facilitate green teleworking, the Outwork company offers coworking stays in the countryside that can be directly financed by employers through a credit system, reports

Le Parisien

.

“The idea for a company is to buy 2,000 credits for example and distribute them to employees,” explained Pierre Tardy, the founder of Outwork.

For one credit, an employee has access to an all-inclusive night in a room shared by two or three.

For a single room, an additional half credit is required.

The places, currently five in number, are carefully chosen by Outwork according to criteria of proximity (no more than 1h30 by train from Paris) and comfort (high-speed wifi, presence of a shared space …).

Shared benefits

For employees who have experienced Outwork credits, this solution has several advantages.

It's "like at home but without mental burden: no meals to prepare, no cleaning", assured Robin of the start-up Teale.

For Alice, organizer of internal events at Assessfirst, these credits also make it possible not to have to organize the reservation.

"For now, companies mainly buy credits to encourage an entire team to work differently in another setting and recreate the link," noted Pierre Tardy.

Halfway between a guest house, coworking and a seminar, he hopes to make Outwork a "Club Med" of teleworking.

He also wants to co-manage the premises with their own teams.
