After receiving the report, the Beihai Rescue Bureau dispatched the Dalian on-duty rescue helicopter "B-7313" to rescue.

After arriving at the distressed sea area, the crew descended and started a low-altitude search and found the stranded fishing boat.

The northwest wind at the scene was level 7, the wave height was 3-4 meters, and the fishing boat swayed nearly 40° with the wind and waves.

Reaching the top of the fishing boat, the crew quickly lowered the lifeguard to the deck of the boat through the winch wire rope, overcoming the adverse factors such as difficulty in stable hovering of the helicopter and narrow lifting point caused by the turbulent flow and the complicated ship obstacles. Successfully rescued 8 fishermen in distress to rescue helicopters.
