Fukuoka Prefecture announced on the 24th that 1,065 new people were confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
It has been below the same day of the previous week for three consecutive days.
The breakdown is 269 in Fukuoka, 146 in Kitakyushu, and 37 in Kurume.
This includes those who tested positive for the antigen test kit distributed by the prefecture.
A total of 1,071,098 people have been confirmed to be infected in Fukuoka Prefecture.
