Gao Weidong had a difficult family when he was a child. When he was a teenager, he went out to work, worked as a construction worker, and set up a barbecue stall.

After coming up with the idea of expanding the pancake industry, in order to make green, healthy and delicious pancakes, Gao Weidong inspected pancake making techniques in many places across the country, and finally decided to work on the raw materials and established his first pancake stand.

From one to three pancake stalls, he soon moved the pancake stall into the house and founded his own brand, named "Jianbing" pancake.

In just a few years, Gao Weidong has opened more than 300 chain stores in Hebei, Beijing and other places, directly driving more than 1,000 people to realize entrepreneurship and employment.

Gao Weidong also built a production and processing base for pancake raw materials in his hometown Taihang Mountain Village, which not only helps local villagers get jobs nearby, but also drives the economic development of his hometown.
