The US has self-appointed itself as the world's top human rights defender.
The number of people killed in the name of this is difficult to calculate.
Undoubtedly, the number is in the millions, if not tens of millions.
How can one violate the most important human right - the right to life - for the sake of, frankly, secondary - a multi-party system and other - fetishes and idols for the needs of an undemanding public, probably not a single American politician or expert will answer.
Strain through the lip: “You don’t understand, you haven’t matured yet!”

If the United States really scrupulously observed human rights in its hypertrophied international activity, there would probably be fewer questions for them.
Even a villain, if he acts within his own morality, can command some respect.
But the fact is that Washington itself is actively violating the “universal” rules invented by it and ignoring truly universal (already without any quotes) values.
One of the most striking examples of international gangsterism perpetrated by the United States is American foreign prisons.
Russia, like the vast majority of countries in the world, has nothing of the kind and never had it - as unnecessary.
And the United States, with typical Anglo-Saxon duplicity, in the 1990s began to develop a network of prisons in the former countries of the Soviet bloc and the republics of the former USSR.
Moreover, this cannot be explained by any “Russian threat” - Russia was then actually excluded from international politics and with great difficulty avoided disintegration.
No, Washington then practically buried Moscow in its geopolitical calculations.
In fact, foreign prisons became evidence of the imperial-Nazi essence of American politics in those years, however, it has not changed much to this day.
There are "new Romans" - US citizens.
And there are all the others to whom human rights do not apply.
US citizens can do anything, they are beyond the jurisdiction of international courts, and even if they committed a crime in another country, they most likely will not have to go to jail in their homeland.
For everyone else, it's exactly the opposite.
If, according to the American security officials, they violated some American law, then a citizen of any country can be arrested in any other country and, having beaten out testimony or self-incrimination by means of torture, sent to prison for decades.
This system is frankly humiliating for all other states of the world.
But for some reason, European human rights activists, who are extremely concerned about the violation of human rights in Russia or Iran, prefer to turn a blind eye to how the United States openly ignores absolutely any laws - its own, others, international ones - professing only the right of the strong.
And it would seem that any country that cares about its own security and the security of its citizens should welcome those who are fighting against US dominance.
But no.
The habit of obedience and outright fear are too strong.
Russia is now unable to achieve the complete closure of American prisons, as well as military bases, infectious laboratories and other tentacles of imperial policy in other states - after all, we comply with the laws, and this is a bilateral affair between the United States and the country that meekly agreed to provide its territory to the Americans .
But we are obliged to speak loudly about this from all international platforms.
As well as supporting those who struggle with their own national humiliation and protest against American facilities in their countries.
But the most important thing is to debunk the myths about American “freedom” and “a world based on rules” anywhere and everywhere.
"American freedom" is based on blood, torture and slavery.
And the Americans do not recognize any rules, including their own, and bypass them on an ongoing basis.
We are confronted not by knights in white robes, but by duplicitous, cruel and impudent bandits, whose duplicity is especially disgusting because they hide behind everything bright and kind that the European Christian civilization has created over the centuries of its existence.
Actually, it is not the first time for them - under the banner of the Crusades, Western Europeans heartily plundered Orthodox Byzantium and staged a genocide of the Balts who now worship them.
And since our cause is just, victory will be ours!
