Faced with the success of the first two seasons, an American production company has just acquired the rights to adapt "HPI", the TF1 event series worn by Audrey Fleurot and Mehdi Nebbou.

Excellent news for the creator of the show, Alice Chegaray Breugnot, who reacted to this incredible news on Europe 1.

Morgane Alvaro will soon land in the United States!

Newen, the production company for the TF1 phenomenon series, has indeed announced via a press release that an American version of

HPI

will soon see the light of day.

The incredible success of the show worn by Audrey Fleurot in France did not escape American producers.

The American remake will have its own cast.

"It's great that our formats can also be exported"

The agreement has just been concluded with the American producers of ABC Signature.

Crazy news that delights the

HPI

teams in France.

"We are super happy, super proud too. Cocorico!", Rejoices on Europe 1 the creator of the series, Alice Chegaray Breugnot.

"When we have adapted so many American formats, it's still great that our formats are also exported. It's a nice nod from this side. When we created the series, when I imagined a reference manga character, it was really kitsch. So it's quite funny finally to see that now the Americans are re-adapting this character. I really wonder what they will do with it and which Morgane they will find to embody it . Good luck to them !".

A third season of

HPI

is coming soon to France

We do not yet know if the series will be adapted very faithfully, if the Americans will even buy the scenarios of the investigations or just the characters and the principle of the series.

This is not the first remake for

HPI.

Slovak and Czech versions were shot.

And, the broadcast rights to the original series have been sold in over 105 territories.

Unsurprising figures given the success of the show in France.

More than nine and a half million viewers on average were caught up in season 1, and more than eight million watched the second season.

The third is the manufacturing course.

Two episodes were shot this summer.
