Two Chinese women, aged 34 and 45, took male restaurant customers to an ATM in a convenience store in downtown Kita-ku, Tokyo, and made them withdraw a total of 1.3 million yen. Last month, he was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department on suspicion of theft.



The Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office decided not to indict the two on the 13th.
