Gunma Prefecture announced on the 14th that 1440 people were newly infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture and one death was confirmed.
That's 195 fewer than last Wednesday's 1,635.
On the other hand, the prefecture has withdrawn a total of six people announced on the 10th and 13th of this month.
The number of confirmed infections in the prefecture reached 223,217, of which 457 died.
