A large cornfield maze on the outskirts of Chicago opened to the public on September 10 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the release of the James Bond film.

According to Reuters, the cornfield maze in Spring Grove, Illinois, covers an area of more than 11 hectares, equivalent to 16 standard football fields, with a total of 16 kilometers of roads in the maze.

Viewed from the air, the cornfield presents portraits of several actors who have participated in James Bond, the leading actor of the 007 series, including Roger Moore, Timothy Dutton, Sean Connery, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig.

In the center of the maze is the image of a "Bond Girl", and at the bottom right is the iconic car of 007, an Aston Martin DB5 sports car.

Maze owner George Richardson, who runs Richardson's Adventure Farm, said the cornfield maze had a different theme every year, and this year marks the 60th anniversary of the release of the first James Bond film, so this interesting theme was chosen.

This giant cornfield maze will be open until October 30.

It's all about GPS-equipped planters that make up such a huge, detailed picture of corn plants.

Corn seeds are sown in designated locations, and when they grow into plants, they form a maze of specific patterns.
