A Syrian kills his mother-in-law and then commits suicide

The Tartous Governorate in Syria witnessed a murder, in which a man and his wife were killed, while their son was in intensive care in a hospital.

According to Syrian media, a fifty-year-old woman and his wife were killed by their son-in-law (the husband of their daughter), as a result of disagreements between them in the recent period, and attempts were made by her family with him to resolve them, to no avail.

The husband came to her family's house, with the weapon, and entered through the back door, and when his wife learned of his arrival, she hid with her sister and her child, but as soon as he opened the door for him by his "father-in-law", he shot and killed him, then shot his "mother-in-law", and hit his wife's brother as a child. He was 4 years old with a gun in the head, after which he shot himself and committed suicide in the same place.
