  China Weather Network News Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue typhoon warning at 06:00 on September 11: This year's No. 12 typhoon "Plum Blossom" (English name: Muifa; name source: Macau, China; name meaning: a kind of flower) on the morning of September 8 It was formed on the ocean surface of the Northwest Pacific Ocean at 8 o'clock, and intensified into a strong typhoon in the early morning of today (11th). The east longitude is 124.7 degrees, the maximum wind force near the center is 14 (42 m/s), the lowest pressure in the center is 955 hPa, the radius of the seventh-level wind circle is 260-300 kilometers, the tenth-level wind circle radius is 70 kilometers, and the twelve-level wind circle radius 30 km.

  It is expected that "Plum Blossom" will move to the northwest at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour, and the intensity will gradually increase, with the strongest reaching 45-50 m/s (level 14-15, strong typhoon level).

The intensity began to weaken slowly on the evening of the 12th, and continued to move northwestward. After passing through the Ryukyu Islands, it entered the southern part of the East China Sea, gradually approaching the eastern coast of Zhejiang, and may land on the 15th or brush the above-mentioned coastal areas.

  Gale Forecast: From 08:00 on September 11 to 08:00 on September 12, there will be strong winds of magnitude 6-7 and gusts of magnitude 8-9 on the southern part of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the Bashi Strait, the coast of Taiwan Island in my country, and the waters near the Diaoyu Islands. There are strong winds of magnitude 8-11 in the southeastern waters of the East China Sea and parts of the waters east of Taiwan.
