[Explanation] Yao Jian is the principal of Sandun Primary School and a math teacher in the second grade of the school.
In 1998, after graduating from a normal school, Yao Jian chose to return to his hometown to teach in Erdaogou Village, Guojiayao Township. In 2000, he was transferred to Sandun Village Primary School, Huayuantun Township, Xinrong District.
Over the past 24 years, he has taken root in the countryside, worked conscientiously, and dedicated his youth and passion to the children of his hometown.

In 1998, the rural economy was not as good as it is now. The children wore some patched clothes, but they were very positive.
I was hesitant to see the eager and curious eyes of children in the countryside, but in the end I felt that it was right to stay.
[Explanation] When Yao Jiangang started his work, he found that the rural students had poor foundation, and the teachers were also traditionally cramming in teaching, and the students were not ideal in receiving knowledge.
[Explanation] In order to help students better master knowledge, Yao Jian slowly pondered teaching methods suitable for students.
At the same time, they ask for advice from experienced old teachers, exchange and discuss with teachers of the same age, continuously learn and improve teaching methods, and try to integrate new teaching methods with rural education.

The classroom is student-centered, and the students' activity is mobilized. I think this effect is very good.
For example, in mathematics, from the time of counting, using teaching aids through children's own pendulum and spelling, hands-on operation, and then doing some simple experiments to increase his interest in this subject.

There is a classmate in the sixth grade. His parents are working in other places. He seems to have low self-esteem and is unwilling to get along with his classmates. We often communicate with him after class, and help him in daily life. He needs some School supplies, we will bring them to him if we have them at home. It seems that the heart is getting closer and closer.
He has some questions and is willing to communicate with us. Now he has become very lively. This was when he first came to this school in the fourth grade, and now he is very lively.
[Explanation] In recent years, the quality of rural teaching has gradually improved, and the teaching environment has been greatly improved.

From sports equipment, books, and computers, in recent years, special post teachers have been assigned to rural schools, which has greatly helped our schools.
Since 3 Tegang Chinese teachers have been added to the teaching team, I feel that the children's Chinese level, reading ability, writing ability and oral expression ability have made a qualitative leap.
[Explanation] In his spare time, Yao Jianhui often looks through his graduation photos, and some students often go back to school to see him. Batches of students go out from the mountains, go to college, and go to society.

There are two who have graduated with doctoral degree, and one is a doctoral student. There are also a lot of colleges and universities, and there are also people who come out to work.
[Explanation] In 2022, 48-year-old Yao Jian will be listed on the "China Good People List" in the second quarter, and will be awarded the national title of "Dedicated and Dedicated Good People".
