On the 4th, an event was held for the first time in three years in Tsumagoi Village, Gunma Prefecture, one of Japan's leading cabbage production areas, to shout out the love of family and lovers in the middle of a vast cabbage field.

This event has been held every year since 16 years ago as part of regional revitalization by Tsumagoi Village, but it was canceled for the second consecutive year due to the influence of the new corona, and this year was the first time in three years.

On the 4th, more than 20 people from inside and outside the prefecture, ranging from kindergarteners to 80-year-olds, participated. I cried my love for my lover.

Of these, a man who celebrated his 80th birthday and 50 years of marriage on the 4th said, "Since I got married to my wife 50 years ago, I've been through a lot of hardships, but I'm happy. I love you," he cried.

A man from Fukui Prefecture who participated in the event said, "I came to tell his wife about my three years worth of love. I was nervous and my hands were shaking, but I'm really glad I was able to convey it."

Also, the man's wife said, "It's embarrassing to be told in front of a lot of people, but I'm happy."
