Gunma Prefecture announced on the 4th that 1,311 people were newly infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture and one death was confirmed.
That's 570 fewer than last Sunday's 1,881.
The number of confirmed infections in the prefecture reached 210,404, of which 429 died.
