Fukushima Prefecture announced on the 30th that 1,655 new people were confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
The prefecture withdrew two people, one announced on the 28th and one announced on the 29th, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in Fukushima to 150,630.
