Vice-President of the Emirates Council for Gender Balance, Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Women's Establishment, Mona Ghanem Al-Marri, stressed the important role of Emirati women as an authentic support for the country's renaissance, progress and ambition in achieving global leadership, noting that the "Emirati Women's Day" is a celebration of her qualitative partnership in Building and developing the country, its status, role and successive achievements at all levels.

She said that the slogan of Emirati Women's Day for 2022 is "An inspiring reality, a sustainable future," which was directed by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (Mother of the Nation), embodies the reality of Emirati women in every way. What it offers to advance the UAE and raise it globally, and its exceptional effort to deal with the challenges of the current era, and its brilliance and enlightenment to anticipate the future.

She added, "Emirati women have the awareness and merit that put them at the forefront of the global empowerment of women on many levels."
