On August 25, 2022, a safety accident occurred in Sentai Coal Industry Co., Ltd. in Pinglu District, Shuozhou, Shanxi Province, in which one person died.
According to the "Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Shanxi Province on Printing and Distributing the Regulations on Further Strengthening Coal Mine Safety Production", Shanxi Shuozhou Pinglu District Sentai Coal Industry Co., Ltd. was ordered to stop production from now on and rectify according to regulations.
The secondary standardization grade of Shanxi Shuozhou Pinglu District Sentai Coal Industry Co., Ltd. was revoked.
The Shuozhou Municipal Emergency Management Bureau (Local Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau) is responsible for the implementation, and more than 2 personnel are stationed to watch on the spot to supervise the rectification of the mine. During the rectification period, it is strictly prohibited to engage in underground mining operations.
After the rectification is completed, the production can be resumed only after the acceptance is passed.
