Today (August 25) is officially out. Generally speaking, it means that the hottest period of the year has passed.

Looking back on this year's three-volt period, it can definitely be described as "hot to crazy": the Central Meteorological Observatory issued a 35-day high temperature warning, breaking the historical record; the Sichuan-Chongqing region was 40°C+ as standard, and the highest temperature extreme was comparable to Turpan; the Yangtze River Basin appeared The rare "reverse dry season in the main flood season"...I finally got through to the peak, is the hottest period really coming to an end?

China Weather Network has specially launched a national high temperature and fever reduction map, come and see when your home "fever reduction".

The Sichuan-Chongqing region is expected to "fever" by the end of the month, and many places in the north will welcome the cool autumn

According to Shi Yan, a meteorological analyst at China Weather Network, in the coming week, under the north-south "pinch" of cold air and typhoons, the subtropical high will tend to retreat from the east to the south as a whole, and its intensity will also weaken.

This also means that the protracted high temperature weather process in the south this year will come to an end.

Specifically, on the 26th, affected by the cold air and typhoon "Saddle", Guangdong, Guangxi, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai and other places successfully "reduced fever", but the high temperature in Sichuan Basin, Jiangnan and other places is still stubborn.

From the 27th, with the eastward retreat of the subtropical high, the high temperature weather in the above-mentioned areas will also be significantly relieved, and the western Sichuan Basin will withdraw from the high temperature ranks.

From the 30th to the 31st, with the further weakening of the subtropical high and the gradual spread of the autumn rain in western China, the eastern Sichuan, Chongqing and other places with the most stubborn high temperatures will also successfully "fever", and Chongqing's continuous hot weather of over 40 ℃ for many days will also end. .

In the north, affected by frequent cold air and rainfall, the temperature will remain low in most areas, and the temperature in many places will frequently hit new lows.

At present, most of Northeast China and northern North China have entered autumn in the sense of meteorology. In the next week, the eastern part of Northwest China, southern Northeast China, Shanxi and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and other places will also start the process of entering autumn, and the highest temperature will generally drop to 30 ℃. Below, the minimum temperature is only about 20 ℃, and the autumn will become more and more obvious.
