On Thursday, September 1, it will be the great return of students to classes.
But in addition to this return to school, which is always significant for children (and their parents), several changes will occur, as at the beginning of each month, in the daily life of the French.
And many relate to purchasing power.
The discount on fuel, in particular, is permanent and even increased: it goes to 30 cents per liter until the end of October, before a drop planned for the end of the year.
Also at the beginning of September, allowances, student grants and retirement pensions are increased.
For its part, the reform of borrower insurance is following its course and is opening up to contracts already established, while the use of meal vouchers will undergo new adaptations.
