With this, the total number of confirmed infections in Aichi Prefecture has reached 1,088,065.
Aichi Prefecture, Nagoya City and Okazaki City also announced that a total of 12 people died from the infection.
The number of infected people who died in Aichi Prefecture reached 2447.
