Shika Town, Ishikawa Prefecture issued a new "evacuation order" to 137 people in 56 households in the Nashiya Oyama area at 3:50 pm, citing the risk of landslide disasters due to heavy rain.
In Shikamachi, a total of 861 households and 2,274 people in the Shimo-Amata and Naka-Amata districts have so far been issued evacuation orders.
