From now on, Cleveland will celebrate Machine Gun Kelly Day every August 13.

A celebration decreed by Justin Bibb, the mayor of the city, and which he had the pleasure of inaugurating in the company of the principal concerned.

"Four years ago I met Machine Gun Kelly, and I didn't know anyone could love the city of Cleveland as much as I do.

But this is his case.

So today is officially Machine Gun Kelly Day,” Justin Bibb said at the event in front of the artist-owned 27 Club Coffee Shop.

And of course, Machine Gun Kelly, Colson Baker of his real name, did not fail to thank the city and its mayor on its networks for having received him like the prodigal son!

A kid from Cleveland

Machine Gun Kelly grew up in Cleveland and he was very moved to return there for such a consecration, especially since he was performing that same evening at FirstEnergy Stadium as part of his Mainstream Sellout Tour.

“From getting arrested at the South Park Mall in 2011 for telling fans to show up, to filling the STADIUM tomorrow in my city.

Legendary.

This will be the gig of all gigs,” he wrote on Instagram on the eve of the big day.

Finally, an exhibition dedicated to Machine Gun Kelly opened its doors at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in Cleveland with many objects belonging to him, such as outfits or a copy of his signature Schecter guitar.

Well, we can say that Machine Gun Kelly is spoiled!
