After four days of trial in Chicago against R. Kelly, the testimonies are linked, all as chilling.

But the latest is likely to particularly hurt the defense of the singer.

The goddaughter of the R&B star took the helm on Thursday, and she recounted in detail the sexual violence to which the interpreter of

I Believe I Can Fly

subjected her.

Now 37, the one who is only known by the pseudonym of Jane explained that she started having sex with her "godfather" from the age of 14.

According to the

Chicago Tribune

, which relays the trial, R. Kelly would have filmed himself having oral sex with the teenager, would have served her champagne, before asking her to repeat that her genitals "had 14 years old" and urinate on him.

Behind bars

The witness claims that other video evidence exists, in which R. Kelly gives her money before forcing her to have sex in his hot tub.

Asked by the prosecutor why the star gave her money, the witness then collapses on the stand and responds in tears: "Because if someone saw the video or if it was published for some reason he would say I was a prostitute,” she explained.

It's hard to imagine how R. Kelly can not come out of this trial with the maximum sentence, when other witnesses, women who were minors at the time R. Kelly assaulted them, must also testify.

The jurors will also have access to videos where he has sex with minors.

Already sentenced to 30 years in prison during a first trial in New York, the one in Chicago should more than double the years he will have to spend behind bars... or rather guarantee that he will end his days in detention.
