Kushiro Shitsugen Norokko, a sightseeing train that runs through the Kushiro Marsh, began operation on the 18th with an orange body like the sunset in Kushiro.

The Kushiro Shitsugen Norokko-go is a sightseeing train that runs from Kushiro Station on the JR Senmou Line through the Kushiro Wetlands and returns to Toro Station in Shibecha Town, and has been in operation since April.

Since the green locomotive that usually pulls the passenger cars enters inspection, another locomotive started operation from the 18th.

The car body is a soft orange color like the sunset of Kushiro, which is said to be one of the "three best sunsets in the world".

About 180 people, including families, who left after 11:00 a.m., took pictures of the slowly flowing Kushiro River and the green Kushiro Marsh.

Passengers said, "I didn't know that the orange body was special. I want to ride again when I can see the sunset."

The sunset-colored "Kushiro Shitsugen Norokko" will run until September 22nd, after which it will return to normal and run until October.
