Hello everyone, my name is Chen Haojia, I am from China University of Political Science and Law, and I am a bachelor's degree graduate.

Hello everyone, my name is Emily Zhao, and I am also from China University of Political Science and Law. I am a sophomore this year.

Hello everyone, I am Chen Junhan from China University of Political Science and Law. I have been an intern in Nansha Court for a month.

[Explanation] Three Hong Kong students, also from China University of Political Science and Law, came to the People's Court of Nansha District of Guangdong Free Trade Zone this summer to start their internship life.

Just when I saw that Nansha launched an internship program for 100 companies and 1,000 people, and recruited many Hong Kong and Macau interns for internships, I learned about it and found that there are many positions, including courts, arbitration centers, legal affairs, etc. There are many for us to choose, just think this The internship program is pretty good.

[Explanation] As of 2021, 6 batches of 38 young Hong Kong and Macau students have come to Nansha Court for internships, and 12 Hong Kong and Macau students will also arrive in 2022.

The senior Chen Haojia's internship position is in the Intellectual Property Tribunal. This department is responsible for the cases, and the elements involved are difficult to distinguish. Facing the actual combat, the first day of the internship impressed her the most.

I felt very impressed. On the first day I came here on July 17th, the judge immediately gave me three files, and then immediately asked me to write three judgments. In fact, I had no contact with each file at all. In fact, they are very thick, and there are a lot of documents to read. Maybe I was a little slow when I first arrived, and then I was a little embarrassed to ask. Then I figured it out on my own, and then learned it from me at school, or during my previous internship. , that is, the difference is actually quite big, I think this is still a big challenge.

[Explanation] Although the desk is small, the judge "master" personally brought it in, and what he learned was the real material.

The bookshelves here are full of files, and on the desktop, there are stacks of documents. "The case is closed" is the most intimate blessing.

It is not easy for interns to become proficient here. Chen Junhan, a sophomore, is adapting to the online system of the court, and the degree of electronicization of various affairs in the Mainland is beyond his expectations.

I thought that the court still handled some of these files in a more traditional way, but now I find that the evidence submitted by the parties is often scanned into a document through the Internet and sent directly to the parties for viewing. , the parties can see the procedure in the WeChat micro-court. Before I came, I thought that mailing would be the most basic way.

[Explanation] The internship life in the court is a small step for the students to enter the workplace, but the legal system construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is making great strides. Not long ago, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice issued lawyers for 4 Hong Kong and Macao lawyers China's first batch of lawyers from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area who have been approved to practice in the nine mainland cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area have entered a new stage.

The Nansha Court also heard the first case of a Macau lawyer practicing in the Mainland.

The seniors pushed open the front door, and also provided more directions and choices for the young students.

We can also see that in the past two years, the country has really put a lot of policies on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and on June 14, the introduction of the Nansha plan is a good example. This is a good example for us. A very valuable opportunity for Hong Kong and Macau youth.

So I think if I work here in the future, there will be more room for development, so I will be more inclined to work in the mainland.

[Explanation] According to reports, in addition to internship positions, students can also receive support for accommodation and commuting during the internship period. There are hotel apartments that can be directly checked in, and free bus cards, so that students can experience the internship life with peace of mind.

[Explanation] The court is located next to the Pearl River Port. The building overlooks the Humen Bridge and Dongguan is opposite. Today, in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, there are more and more invisible legal bridges, and new stories are being written.
