'Exemplary Family' is a crime thriller drama in which an ordinary father, Dong-ha (Jung-woo), who is on the brink of bankruptcy and divorce, accidentally finds the money of a dead person and gets entangled with a criminal organization.

When asked if there was anything he worked hard to add persuasiveness to the role of the head of the family struggling to protect his family, Jungwoo said, "The script is closely intertwined with the character, so I prepared faithfully to the script. I usually weigh 70 to 71 kg, but when I started filming, I weighed 66 to 67 kg.”

Next, he added, "I took care of my hair style, and I prepared the outfit with a neutral color tone down.

When asked if there were any difficult scenes during filming, Jung-woo said, "The role of 'Park Dong-ha' is a criminal and a model citizen, but I thought how dynamic it would be if I did it, but I was severely scolded. There were too many scenes where it was difficult to run away. When I read the script before filming, I read it according to the flow of the story, but while filming, I regretted saying, 'I will read every fingerprint in detail'."

He then recalled the time when he was filming the sprint scene while his physical strength was low due to the shooting schedule, and said, "After filming, I remember stretching out on the ground and breathing. I wouldn't," he said.

Finally, when asked about the reaction of his wife and fellow actor Kim Yu-mi who saw 'Exemplary Family', Jung-woo laughed and said, "I liked the immersion so much that I high-fived Yumi after watching the first episode. .
