Defendants Hu and Liu were detained for two months and fined 4,000 yuan.
After trial, the court found out that at about 23:00 on May 26, 2022, the defendants Hu Mou and Liu Moumou drove a refitted small car in pursuit of excitement, using severe speeding, turning in the wrong direction, driving under the line, and making sharp turns in the tunnel. U-turn, etc., chase and race from the Xiaweidian intersection of Xia'an Road, Wangping Town, Mentougou District, Beijing to Sanchakou, Anjiazhuang Village.
In the process of driving in parallel with Hu's speeding, Liu Moumou also made dangerous behaviors of not crowding Hu's vehicle and breaking the rearview mirror of Hu's vehicle.
After the trial, the court held that the defendants Hu Mou and Liu Moumou chased and competed with motor vehicles on the road. The circumstances were bad and constituted the crime of dangerous driving.
In view of the fact that the two defendants truthfully confessed the above-mentioned criminal facts after they arrived at the case, and both pleaded guilty and repented, the court finally made the above judgment.
After the sentence was pronounced, both Hu and Liu made it clear that they would not appeal.
