There are relics such as house sites and ash pits distributed in the trench, among which 6 house sites and more than 30 ash pits were excavated.

According to the comprehensive analysis of strata and unearthed relics, the Siquandi site can be divided into two cultural periods: the first period belongs to the lower culture category of Xiajiadian, and the second period roughly belongs to the category of Weiyingzi culture.

The Weijiagou site is located in the northeast of Shisanjiazi Village, Longhua County, Chengde City. The Weijiagou remains can be divided into three periods: the first period basically belongs to the Weiyingzi culture, only a few ash pits were found, and the unearthed pottery was mixed with sand Mainly Jomon gray-brown pottery.

The second phase belongs to the upper Xiajiadian culture and is the main remains of the site. The remains are mainly a large number of round pocket cellars and a small number of tombs.

The third phase belongs to the Yan culture of the Warring States period, and only a few ash pits and tombs were found.

"The cultural staging of the Siquandi and Weijiagou sites constitutes the chronological sequence from the Bronze Culture at the northern foot of the Yanshan Mountains to the Warring States Yan Culture," said Duan Hongzhen.

Duan Hongzhen said that for a long time, the bronze culture archaeological work has been concentrated in the western Liaohe River basin to the north of Yanshan and the lower reaches of the Luanhe River to the south of Yanshan, and rich materials have been accumulated. material.

This archaeological excavation has filled some gaps in the archaeology of this area, organically connected the rich bronze cultural remains in the south of Yanshan and the western Liaoning area, and contributed to the integration of bronze culture in the north and south of Yanshan from the Luanhe River to the West Liaohe River.
