During the "Hundred Days Operation" of public security crackdown and rectification in summer, Huangpu police cracked a case involving internal and external collusion to obtain medical and beauty loans, involving more than 10 million yuan.
This is the first time in Shanghai.
Not long ago, a small loan enterprise reported the case to the Huangpu Public Security Bureau, claiming that a number of loans issued by its Guangzhou branch were abnormally overdue, involving an amount of more than 10 million yuan.
These loans are all generated in cooperation with Guangzhou Medical Beauty Co., Ltd.
The Economic Investigation Detachment of the branch quickly launched an investigation and found that Chen Mouhua, the president of the medical company, instigated the employees to collude with the scalpers of the cooperation channel, and used the "free beauty and plastic surgery program" as a bait to instigate the consumption of beauty but money. They sign fictitious loan applications to defraud lending institutions for loans and make illegal profits from them.
It was also found that Gao Mouyan, an employee of the sales team of the medical beauty loan sales team of the Guangzhou branch of a loan company, and others, in order to seek personal interests, ignored the lender's application qualifications and repayment ability, and took advantage of their positions to ask for bribes. In the process of post-loan supervision, it facilitated abnormal loan applications and accepted bribes from a medical company and channel scalpers.
On July 21 this year, Huangpu police organized police to go to Guangzhou to collect the net, and arrested a total of 13 criminal gang members who were suspected of defrauding loan companies in the name of beauty.
At present, the relevant persons involved have been taken criminal coercive measures.
