"I took a photo with Uncle Lei Feng" Warm current travels through 60 years to search for the "child" in the photo

"Uncle Lei Feng" is the warmest idol in the hearts of generations of Chinese children.

Walking into the Lei Feng Academy and Lei Feng Memorial Hall in Fushun, one after another old black and white photos left a group photo of Lei Feng and the children, freezing the warm moments one by one.

In the photo, Lei Feng and the children smiled so happily and brilliantly, filled with the happiness and simplicity of that fiery era.

On October 10, 1960, Lei Feng was employed as an off-campus counselor at Jianshe Street Primary School (now Lei Feng Primary School) in Fushun City.

Working and loving, Lei Feng is an excellent off-campus counselor. He often visits the children at school and has left many precious group photos.

How is the child in the photo now, and what little-known Lei Feng stories do they have?

On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Lei Feng's sacrifice, the reporter found the three "children" in the photo and listened to them tell the heartwarming stories behind "I took a photo with Uncle Lei Feng".

The ignorant young man of the year is now an old man.

Time flies, Lei Feng's appearance is forever imprinted in their minds, and Lei Feng's teachings have become their eternal memories.

From working in the countryside without being afraid of enduring hardships, to being diligent and thrifty in sewing socks... The days spent with Lei Feng have sown the seeds of not afraid of difficulties and optimism in the hearts of the children.

When they left Lei Feng, they practiced Lei Feng's spirit with practical actions, which was reflected in every bit of ordinary work and life.

Behind the group photo of Lei Feng and the children is the pure emotion of a soldier who deeply loves the motherland and the people.

More than 60 years later, when we see these photos again, we can still be moved and infected by the warmth, simplicity and happiness in them.

This may be the charm of Lei Feng's spirit.

Sun Guiqin: Lei Feng tied a red scarf for me

More than 2,700 games - Sun Guiqin has traveled to almost every corner of the motherland for more than half a century, telling people about Lei Feng's deeds.

From the northern frontier to the Xisha Islands, from the western frontier to the eastern islands, from elementary schools for migrant children in mountain villages to Peking University... Even during the epidemic, she still insisted on sharing those touching stories with everyone online.

These stories are derived from a photo and a red scarf.

In April 1962, Sun Guiqin, who was studying at Jianshe Street Primary School (now Lei Feng Primary School) in Wanghua District, Fushun City, received a notice from the teacher: "Today, you can go to the school's reading room to read." Sun Guiqin has been looking forward to this moment for a long time.

"At that time, the school had just built a reading room. Due to the limited space, the students had to take turns. I was very happy at the time, but I didn't know that Lei Feng was also coming." When she arrived in the reading room, she found a book about Huang Jiguang He flipped through the little book of battle stories, and shortly after he sat down, Lei Feng, an off-campus counselor, walked into the reading room.

Seeing Lei Feng, the students immediately ran over to surround him.

"Lei Feng asked us what we were doing, and we answered in unison to read the story." Sun Guiqin said, Lei Feng took everyone to read the story together. He told the students the story of Chairman Mao's love of labor and hard study.

What made her even more happy was that that day, she and her classmates left a precious group photo with Uncle Lei Feng.

In October 1960, Lei Feng was employed as an outside counselor at Jianshe Street Primary School in Fushun City, where 7-year-old Sun Guiqin was in the first grade.

Once, when she was late for school, she played with the red scarf in her hand while running. When she walked into the school gate, she found that Lei Feng was doing activities with his classmates.

Seeing Sun Guiqin, Lei Feng came over, took the red scarf from her hand and put it on her neck, and solemnly told her: "In the future, when you go to school, you must tie a red scarf and take good care of the red scarf, because it is a corner of the national flag." Back home, Sun Guiqin told her father about this, and her father told her to keep in mind Lei Feng's words, keep this red scarf and encourage herself at all times.

To this day, this red scarf is still treasured in Sun Guiqin's home.

On August 15, 1962, Lei Feng died on duty.

On the 17th, Sun Guiqin went to Lei Feng's memorial service.

When she walked out of the auditorium, she saw people standing outside, "I feel like there is a 10-mile road, and the roadside is full of citizens seeing off Lei Feng. About a month later, my classmates and I missed him so much, so we went to Lei Feng's tomb. We saw that there were wreaths in front of the tomb, but we didn't bring anything. I looked down at the red scarf with tears on my neck and took it off. Our 12 classmates tied 12 red scarves in a circle and presented them to us. Uncle Lei Feng." Sun Guiqin said.

That photo, that red scarf, always inspired Sun Guiqin, and Lei Feng's spirit influenced her life.

She joined the army in 1970, entered the China Medical University to study clinical practice in 1976, and started working in the former Shenyang Military Region General Hospital in 1980 until she retired.

For more than 40 years in the army, Sun Guiqin has been learning from Lei Feng, being Lei Feng, and promoting Lei Feng.

During this period, Sun Guiqin has been awarded the second-class merit twice, the third-class merit three times, and has been awarded as an advanced individual and a pacesetter by units above the army 14 times.

Sun Guiqin told reporters a little story, which was touching.

One day in 1985, when Sun Guiqin passed by the ward after the night shift, she heard a patient say to a patient in the same room, "Today is very uncomfortable, and I want to eat pears."

Sun Guiqin turned her head and saw that it was a little soldier suffering from malignant lymphoma.

Hearing this, Sun Guiqin was very sad. She ran downstairs and biked to buy pears. After walking a lot, she finally bought 5 catties of pears at the Shenyang North Market.

Unexpectedly, when she returned to the hospital, the little soldier had jaw breathing and his life was in jeopardy.

Sun Guiqin walked up to him and planned to feed him a pear. The little soldier grabbed her hand and said, "Doctor Sun, I entrust you with something. After I leave, tell my parents and don't be sad."

Sun Guiqin couldn't stop her tears.

The little soldier also comforted her: "You are also my good mother." That year, Sun Guiqin was only 32 years old.

On the same day, the 19-year-old young soldier from Guizhou passed away.

One day in 1987, Sun Guiqin's lover went to the hospital to find her. When passing the clinic, he saw an old man sitting on the ground crying. He asked that the old man did not have enough money to buy medicine, and there was no travel expenses to go home.

Sun Guiqin and his lover gave him all the money in their pockets.

After many years, the husband and wife had long forgotten about it. One day, the hospital received a package with the words "Sun Guiren (received)" on it. After opening it, there was a note that read: "My wife is sick Well, the whole family went to the mountain to pick up some mountain goods for you." The signature is: Daxinganling, Heilongjiang.

Until now, Sun Guiqin still doesn't know whether it is the old man who hears Sun Guiqin as Sun Guiren, or the old man compares Sun Guiqin to his "noble man".

Sun Guiqin also followed Lei Feng's spirit all the way.

She has been telling everyone about Lei Feng since she was a teenager, and she still hasn't stopped.

She has given tens of thousands of reports on Lei Feng's deeds, and she has also told Lei Feng's story to a primary school student alone.

Not long ago, she suddenly received a video call from an out-of-town primary school teacher on her way home, asking her to tell the story of Lei Feng to the students.

Sun Guiqin stood beside the big tree on the roadside, and started talking on the spot. The citizens on the roadside also gathered around. Finally, there was applause at the same time on the scene and on the mobile phone.

People always ask Sun Guiqin, "You've been talking all your life, how long will you be talking about?"

She always replied with a smile: "As long as my body allows, I will keep talking."

In the beginning, before every time Sun Guiqin played, others would always introduce him: "Welcome sister to tell us the story of Lei Feng." More than 50 years later, my sister has become an aunt, my aunt has become a grandmother, and the audience has changed from batch to batch. , but the spirit of Lei Feng, who walks with the times, is always young.

Before each presentation, she was often asked what the topic of her speech was.

At first, Sun Guiqin couldn't answer, but after people asked more, she simply set the title as: "Lei Feng, the road sign of my life".

Han Songdong: Lei Feng and his classmates "wrist-wrestling"

"Lei Feng has a baby face and is always smiling. Every time he enters the door, his classmates will gather around and rush to talk to him, like chatting with his own brother. When the mood comes, Lei Feng will also wrestle with his male classmates. ', sitting in the middle of the class, speaking in Hunan dialect, who is going to compare with me?"

In the midsummer season, 73-year-old Han Songdong told reporters a story spanning 62 years at his home in Fushun.

Behind her, there is a yellowed black and white photo. It is a group photo of 20-year-old Lei Feng and his children. More than a dozen children, including Han Songdong, are surrounded by him, and everyone's faces are full of expressions. Bright smile.

"It was the winter of 1960. As soon as the school bell rang, Uncle Lei Feng came." Everyone was very happy and crowded around Lei Feng.

Han Songdong recalled: "Although everyone was rumbling with hunger at noon, when Uncle Lei Feng came, he forgot his hunger."

That year, Lei Feng worked as an off-campus counselor in Han Songdong's primary school, Jianshe Street Primary School (now Lei Feng Primary School) in Wanghua District, Fushun City.

62 years later, the ignorant girl at the time is now an old man, but Lei Feng's kind and enthusiastic appearance is still deeply imprinted in Han Songdong's mind.

She said that Lei Feng trained hard in the army, and his arms were often swollen.

Sometimes "arms wrestling" with the children, can't help but "wheel war", will also be defeated.

Lei Feng was not angry, but asked his classmates: "What do you think?" A male classmate rushed to say: "If you want to win you, you have to grit your teeth and fight to the end." Lei Feng said with a smile: "It is to have Such a spirit."

"He is willing to endure hardships, never admit defeat, and always teach us to face difficulties with optimism." Such Lei Feng was deeply imprinted in Han Songdong's mind and became her role model in the future.

"Once I went to the countryside to harvest wheat, my hand was cut more than a dozen times, and the blood stained my hand red in an instant. But I gritted my teeth and insisted, and I didn't cry in pain. The peasant aunt felt bad for me and tore off the cloth to help me wrap my handbag. Go on. Continue to work the next day. Everyone can’t believe that I can still stick to the ground. I said, Uncle Lei Feng told me not to bow to difficulties, and to persevere bravely when encountering difficulties.” Han Songdong said.

Lei Feng likes children and misses them when he travels on business.

On business trips of more than three days, he would write letters asking his classmates "what they have learned and whether they have made progress."

Near the end of the term, he even bought pencils with the money he had saved, and gave them as rewards to his classmates...

Having more contact with Lei Feng, Han Songdong also planted a seed in his heart: he wants to become a teacher when he grows up.

At noon one day, Han Songdong told Lei Feng about this wish, and Lei Feng kept saying yes.

In 1970, Han Songdong became the first batch of students of Fushun Normal School and became a teacher after graduation.

How should I become a qualified teacher?

This is a question that Han Songdong has been thinking about.

"After thinking about it for so many years, it is Uncle Lei Feng who has inspired me the most. He taught me how to be a good teacher, that is, to love students. He always cares about every child who encounters difficulties and walks into their schools. Inwardly, do whatever you can to help them.”

After 36 years of teaching, she is not afraid of enduring hardships and insists on telling the story of Lei Feng to the students, making Lei Feng the first lesson for children to grow up.

Han Songdong also had a precious experience of visiting home with Lei Feng.

"How to make a home visit was also taught to me by Lei Feng." Han Songdong recalled that once, she and Lei Feng went to Wu's home for a "home visit".

This classmate Wu loves to skip classes, his family is not harmonious, and he is always scolded in and out of school.

As soon as he entered the door, Wu's stepmother kept shouting that the child was wrong.

Upon seeing this, Lei Feng first praised him for his kindness and understanding of others, and then said, "It's not easy for you. Let's help him together and cultivate him to become a talent." Student Wu felt that Lei Feng was caring with him and thought about him from the bottom of his heart. I would also like to have a heart-to-heart with Lei Feng and listen to "Uncle Lei Feng's words".

After becoming a teacher, Han Songdong walked thousands of times on such a home visit.

She used the holidays to enter the student dormitory, visit the students' families, and almost every student's home, leaving her footprints.

"It was Lei Feng who taught me that students should not be afraid of hardships and should not leave any child behind."

During his teaching career, Han Songdong has served as the secretary of the Academic Affairs Office, the head teacher, the secretary of the Party branch, the person in charge of the admissions office, and the director of the Moral Education Teaching and Research Office.

Han Songdong said: "No matter which position I take, I will not change my purpose: to be an honest person, to do things steadfastly, and to inherit the spirit of Lei Feng forever. No matter what the situation is, the style of work will remain the same, and the true character will remain the same."

Today, Han Songdong, who has taught books for half his life, still sticks to the podium of Lei Feng's spirit, fulfilling the promise of "I want to be you when I grow up".

After retiring from Fushun Technician College, Han Songdong still actively participates in the voluntary activities of learning from Lei Feng, giving lectures to various communities in Fushun at any time.

She insists on returning to Lei Feng Primary School every year to tell the story of Lei Feng to the children, and regularly volunteers at the Lei Feng Memorial Hall.

In order to prepare the speech, the old man often stayed up until one or two o'clock at night.

Every time the story of "wrist-wrestling" is told, the old man can't help but get excited, as if he was back in the classroom where the game was played.

"There is a heat and a light, this is what Lei Feng taught me, and I want to do the same." Han Songdong said that from the day he became Lei Feng's student, his life has been "nailed" on this road - a path of perpetual enthusiasm , the road of eternal dedication.

Liu Wenge: Lei Feng taught me about labor and life

70-year-old Liu Wenge has an old photo that he keeps beside him.

In the photo, seven or eight children happily surrounded Lei Feng. One of them, a little girl with two braids and a floral jacket, was lying on Lei Feng's left shoulder with a grin.

This little girl is primary school student Liu Wenge.

Over the past 60 years, as a student Lei Feng had tutored, Liu Wenge was both lucky and proud.

"Lei Feng taught me the principles of life and inspired me to pursue a noble life. This is the direction of my life." Liu Wenge said, "I will always miss him."

In 1960, 8-year-old Liu Wenge entered the Jianshe Street Primary School (now Leifeng Primary School) in Wanghua District, Fushun City.

Just this year, Lei Feng, who had just enlisted in the army, took up the job of a counselor for the outside brigade of Jianshe Street Primary School.

In the past two years of contact with Lei Feng, what impressed Liu Wenge the most was a small incident.

When Liu Wenge was a child, his life was relatively poor, and his family of 8 depended on his father to work to make ends meet.

When Lei Feng came to the school to organize an event, Liu Wenge, who loves beauty, wanted to dress up more beautifully, so he deliberately put on the flower clothes made by his mother.

Just as she was about to go out happily, she found that the socks on her feet were torn.

Liu Wenge turned around and begged her mother to give her a new pair of socks, but her mother not only did not change her socks, but instead nagged her a few times.

"I ended up wearing torn socks and pouting and heading to school."

As soon as he entered the classroom, Lei Feng, a counselor, found Liu Wenge who was unhappy.

"He took the initiative to come over when he saw me and asked me why I was unhappy." After understanding the reason, Lei Feng patiently enlightened her.

"He said that if the socks are broken, they should be repaired. The uncles of the People's Liberation Army also mend the socks themselves. It is three years old and three years old, and three years of sewing and mending. He also told me to learn to be hard and simple, to learn to work, and not to be able to work. I will wear open-toed socks again." Liu Wenge said.

"If you can work, you won't wear open-toed socks again" - Lei Feng's simple sentence, but it touched the young Liu Wenge greatly.

When he got home that day, Liu Wenge took the initiative to pick up needles and thread, and learned to mend his socks.

Her mother was very surprised, so Liu Wenge told her exactly what Lei Feng had taught her.

"Later, my mother told the neighbors about this, saying that I didn't listen to her, but Uncle Lei Feng did whatever he said." Recalling this, Liu Wenge had a smile on his face, "Now that I talk about it , are happy memories."

She said that it was Lei Feng who taught her how to be a person, and it was the luck of her life.

In her eyes, Lei Feng is a gentle, kind and lively person.

"He was not tall, but his eyes were very bright, his speech was very gentle, with a Hunan accent, and his smile was very kind." Liu Wenge recalled, "I was very young at that time, and I can't remember many details clearly, but the first The first time I saw him, I felt so lovable and cute.”

The kind-hearted Lei Feng quickly became the object of children's attention.

"At that time, the teacher asked us to call him 'Uncle Lei Feng', but in fact he was more like our big brother. He told us stories, cared about our lives, and sometimes joked with us. Everyone got along very well." Liu Wenge Say.

Because of this, the children in the school are looking forward to Lei Feng coming often.

Every time Lei Feng came, the children chatted around him like little swallows.

Once I heard that I was going to take a photo with Lei Feng, the children were scrambling to come forward.

However, this precious group photo first appeared in Liu Wenge's hands more than ten years later.

"I didn't know that I was in that photo at the time, and I changed my name later, and none of my classmates could find me." It wasn't until she was recognized by the old classmates who attended the delegation meeting that this photo was transferred to her hands.

"As soon as I saw the photo, I was very excited, and the moments I spent with Lei Feng in the past two years slowly came to my mind." Since then, Liu Wenge regarded this photo as a treasure and placed it in the old light blue You can put it in a colored notebook, put it in a satchel, and take it with you wherever you go.

This photo is a reminder and a spur to her, "I am a student tutored by Lei Feng" "I can't shame him!"

Knowing that the reporter was coming for an interview in the morning, Liu Wenge woke up before 5 in the morning, put on his reading glasses, and wrote down every stroke of Lei Feng's work as a counselor on the manuscript paper.

"Now that I'm old, I forget many things without writing them down, but I always remember that Lei Feng taught us to be good people, to do good deeds, and to be useful to the country."

She recalled that at that time, Lei Feng would come to the school almost every one or two weeks, to bring some school supplies for everyone, to give a report on memories of hardships and sweets, and to promote the "Three Treasures" activities in the school, and set up savings in each class. Box, savings box, sewing kit.

"Everyone will take the initiative to put the iron nails, toothpaste peels and other wastes picked up on the way to and from school into the savings box, and then exchange money as class fees. The pocket money accumulated daily will also be stored in the savings box to help the family. Difficult students buy books and books." Liu Wenge said that the spirit of Lei Feng has always accompanied the growth of the students.

Although Lei Feng has only been an off-campus counselor for less than two years, he has planted seeds in the hearts of the children, taking root and sprouting, until they grow into towering trees.

In the past 30 years, Liu Wenge has been successively rated as an advanced individual in the No. 3 Petroleum Plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company, an outstanding Communist Party member of the company, and an outstanding Communist Party member of Fushun City.

"All this is due to Lei Feng." Liu Wenge said, "Because I always remembered that I was a student taught by Lei Feng, and I did my best to learn from Lei Feng, and I couldn't smear his face."

To commemorate Lei Feng, before his son and granddaughter went to primary school, Liu Wenge led them to visit Lei Feng's grave every Qingming Festival.

The three generations of grandparents and grandchildren got to know and learn from Lei Feng together. Liu Wenge's family forged an indissoluble bond with Lei Feng.

"I was a student mentored by Lei Feng. My son was the director of Lei Feng's savings bank. My granddaughter attended Lei Feng Primary School, so the spirit of Lei Feng has been passed down from generation to generation in my family." Liu Wenge said, "I want to take the Lei Feng I know Speak it out so that more people can understand and learn from him." (Reporters Xu Yang, Zou Mingzhong, Bai Yongquan, Li Yujia, Wu Jiangmin)
