The artist Vrubel, the author of graffiti with kissing Brezhnev and Honecker, has died

Dima Vrubel is dead.

The reasons for the death of the artist are not specified.

Vrubel is widely known to the public as the author of graffiti on the Berlin Wall - it depicts a kiss between the former Secretary General of the Central Committee of the CPSU Leonid Brezhnev and the former Chairman of the State Council of the GDR Eric Honecker.

In early July, the Soviet and Russian director-animator and cartoonist Leonid Shvartsman died.

He was 101 years old.
