At the press conference on the prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic in Shanghai held on the 14th, Zhao Dandan said that Shanghai has arranged to receive 30 flights from Hainan back to Shanghai, with a total of more than 5,000 people, all of which have taken relevant health management measures.

The 6-year-old boy is a returnee from Lhasa and lives in Minhang District.
The positive infected person has been transferred to a designated medical institution for isolation medical observation.
The positive infected person has 396 close contacts in Shanghai, and isolation control has been implemented; Wanyuan Chengshang County, Lane 580, Wanyuan Road, Gumei Road Street, Minhang District, where he lives, is listed as a high-risk area, and other areas in Gumei Road Street are listed as high-risk areas. The area is classified as a low risk area.
Recently, local cases have been reported in many provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China, and many areas have been designated as epidemic risk areas. Some areas have also implemented temporary static management. For those returning to Shanghai from epidemic-related areas, Shanghai will further strengthen the corresponding health management.
Zhao Dandan said that those who came to Shanghai and returned to Shanghai with a history of living in the epidemic risk area within 7 days will be controlled according to the regional high, medium and low risk levels.
For those who come to Shanghai and return to Shanghai who have a rapid development of the epidemic, close contacts with Shanghai, or where the local epidemic has spilled over to Shanghai's key areas of concern, they will be subject to 7-day centralized isolation medical observation after arriving in Shanghai, and the corresponding frequency of nucleic acid testing for the new coronavirus will be implemented.
Focus on the city where the area is located. Except for the above-mentioned areas, those who come to Shanghai and return to Shanghai will be subject to "3-day centralized isolation medical observation + 4-day home isolation medical observation" after arriving in Shanghai, and the corresponding frequency of new coronavirus nucleic acid testing will be implemented.
If the conditions for home isolation medical observation are not met, centralized isolation medical observation shall be adopted.
Medical institutions, schools and other relevant units will strengthen the inspection of health codes, and assist staff and students returning to Shanghai to implement corresponding health management measures.
