Two months after Jason Alexander was arrested outside Britney Spears' (40) house, the singer's ex-husband has been found guilty of trespassing and assault.

According to the Ventura County district attorney's office on Thursday (local time), Alexander (40) did not deny the allegations against him.

In this way he avoided a process.

After 64 days in custody, he has served his sentence.

He still has to stay a hundred yards away from Spears.

Spears married her childhood friend Alexander in Las Vegas in 2004, but the marriage was annulled after 55 hours.

In June, he trespassed on the singer's property in California.

The preparations for the wedding of Spears and Sam Ashgari (28) were underway there.

According to the police report, Alexander became violent when a security officer asked him to leave the house.

Alexander has had a number of run-ins with the law, including for driving under the influence of drugs, misconduct at an airport, and stalking an unknown woman.

He has repeatedly made it clear over the past few years that he would like to get back together with Britney Spears.

In August 2020, he showed up at a demonstration calling for the end of Britney Spears' guardianship and told reporters he was there too because he had hopes the two could reconnect.

"We were never given a real chance," Alexander said at the time.
