According to the introduction of the Guangxi Maritime Safety Administration on the 10th, the local area is doing its best to defend against typhoons. Passenger ships on the route from Beihai to Weizhou Island have been suspended. A total of 430 transport ships along the coast of Guangxi are in the port for typhoon defense, and 24 high-horsepower tugboats are participating in emergency duty work.

  After the center of typhoon "Mulan" made landfall on the coast of Xuwen, Guangdong at around 10:50 on August 10, it entered the Beibu Gulf in the afternoon.

  In order to actively do a good job in typhoon defense, Guangxi Maritime Safety Administration has launched a level IV emergency response to typhoon defense on the 9th.

At present, all 28 speedboats in Sanniang Bay Tourist Scenic Spot in Qinzhou, Guangxi have been towed ashore to defend against typhoon.

Construction vessels in Beihai, Qinzhou and Fangchenggang areas have stopped construction and returned to the port anchorage to avoid the platform.

Beihai Weizhou Oilfield has been suspended at 12:00 on the 10th, and unrelated personnel have been evacuated.

  The Guangxi Maritime Safety Administration said that as the typhoon gradually penetrated into the Beibu Gulf, the Guangxi maritime department will continue to pay close attention to the typhoon trend and changes in weather and sea conditions in the jurisdiction, coordinate the epidemic prevention and typhoon prevention work, and organize ships in the typhoon-affected sea areas to avoid wind and sea.
