  According to the "Communiqué", in 2021, the average temperature in the Greater Bay Area will be 23.5°C, which is 1.0°C higher than normal and the highest since 1961; the average annual high temperature days are 39.0 days, which is 19.6 days more than normal, the highest in history; the average annual precipitation The amount is 1550.0 mm, which is 19% less than that of normal years; the flood season is late, and the "Dragon Boat Water" is 30.6% less than the same period of the previous year, but the precipitation is extreme.   The "Communiqué" shows that in 2021, various meteorological disasters in the Greater Bay Area will cause a total of about 1.14 billion yuan in direct economic losses, and 4 people will be killed due to meteorological disasters.
