On August 9, Lhasa officially held a press conference to announce the stable supply and price of daily necessities during the epidemic prevention and control period, as well as the reserves of disaster relief materials and medical prevention and control materials.
At present, Lhasa has a total of 49,822 tons of grain and oil reserves at the urban, city and county levels, which can supply the people of the city for 139 days, and edible oil can supply the people of the city for 180 days.
The government reserves 3,526 tons of meat and 3,701 tons of vegetables; the government has sufficient reserves of daily necessities such as grain, oil, meat and vegetables.
In addition, Lhasa has 119 categories of disaster relief supplies, with a total of 561,233 pieces; more than 10.12 million pieces of medical prevention and control materials, which can fully meet the personal prevention and control and public emergency needs of the general public.
