Gunma Prefecture announced on the 10th that 2,784 people were newly infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture, and four deaths were confirmed.
This is an increase of 251 from last Wednesday's 2,533, making it the second highest number of infected people announced in a single day after the 4th of this month.
On the other hand, the prefecture has withdrawn a total of 18 people announced from the 5th to the 9th of this month.
The number of confirmed infections in the prefecture reached 157,580, of which 364 died.
