6 new cases of asymptomatic infections were released from isolation and medical observation, including 5 cases in Yining City, Yili Prefecture, and 1 case in Yining County.
As of 24:00 on August 9, there were 0 confirmed cases in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; there were 536 asymptomatic infections, of which 405 were in Yining City, Ili Prefecture, 42 in Yining County, and 4 in Nileke County.
