The "Herfati" program, one of the initiatives of the Irthi Council for Contemporary Crafts, launched the first summer camp, which targets 50 female members of "Sajaya Girls of Sharjah", aged between 8-18 years, and will continue until August 13 in children's centers. Sheikha Ali Al-Naqbi, one of the artisans of the "Bidwa" program, teaches girls the craft of embroidery, and through workshops, which are held over four days, where participants learn the skills of weaving on summer bags to use during trips, in addition to how to embroider and implement the design of an inspired final product.
