The shock wave "MeToo" shakes the Netherlands: an investigation opened after accusations of sexual assault

This is the first major “MeToo” scandal in the Netherlands.

The Dutch kingdom had so far been rather spared by the shock wave of the MeToo movement, which left the United States in 2017. But, since the beginning of 2022, the revelations of a report on abusive behavior in within the famous musical program "The Voice" shook the Dutch and opened Pandora's box.

A succession of revelations on cases of sexual harassment have since taken place even in one of the parties of the government coalition.

It is Ireland's largest rewilding project.
