Let's find out how much rain is currently falling in which area and how much by connecting the meteorological center.

Please tell us about Nam Yu-jin, a caster.

<Meteorologist>

It is still raining heavily in the central region.

As you can see on the screen, strong red rain clouds are pouring violently at about 30mm per hour over the west coast of northern Chungcheongnam-do, Gyeonggi-do, and central northern part of Gangwon-do.

The strong rain clouds that have developed in the West Sea are expected to gradually flow into the southern part of Gyeonggi and northern Chungcheong in Korea.

Accordingly, a heavy rain advisory went into effect in the northern part of Chungcheong about an hour ago, and a heavy rain advisory is still issued in the metropolitan area and Gangwon-do.

Heavy rains in the metropolitan area and Gangwon Province are expected to continue until this morning.

And it seems that heavy rain will fall in Chungcheong and northern Jeollabuk-do during the day as we gradually descend south.

Accordingly, there may be places in the metropolitan area and Gangwon-do this afternoon that show a temporary lull.

However, tomorrow afternoon, rain clouds will again move northward to the metropolitan area, and strong rain is expected again, so please be careful not to damage it.

Precipitation forecast for tomorrow.

At most 350mm or more will pour in the Chungcheong area, and additional heavy rain of up to 300mm will fall further in the metropolitan area, Gangwon-do, inland northwest Gyeongsangbuk-do, and northern Jeollabuk-do.

You must be thoroughly prepared to avoid damage overnight.
