I felt that I might fall down at any time, and then after I climbed to the top, I felt that the top of the tower was very swaying, and it kept swaying.

Because of the basic structure of the tower, it must be shaken, and it must maintain its shock absorption, otherwise the tower will fall down, but after stepping on it, it is like sitting on a boat, so it is said that the pressure is relatively high at first.
