The first time I climbed the tower, I was actually very nervous, and it was very high.
At that time, my physical strength was not particularly strong. Generally, I needed to rest two or three times to climb the tower, even four times, and then generally I could not climb after climbing ten meters or eight meters. Fear of heights, dizziness.
I felt that I might fall down at any time, and then after I climbed to the top, I felt that the top of the tower was very swaying, and it kept swaying.
Because of the basic structure of the tower, it must be shaken, and it must maintain its shock absorption, otherwise the tower will fall down, but after stepping on it, it is like sitting on a boat, so it is said that the pressure is relatively high at first.
[Explanation] In order to ensure labor safety, no matter how hot the weather is, he must wear long-sleeved overalls, a helmet and seat belt. In order to prevent the ladder from being scalded by the sun, he must also wear protective gloves.
